A small, repeatable pipeline.

Select public fields
A fixed allowlist is read from the production employer table. Internal search, refresh and community fields are never selected.

Validate the release
NZBNs, dates, row count and file size are checked. Unexpected changes stop publication for review.

Publish immutable files
The dated CSV and metadata are written first. The public catalog is updated only after both succeed.
Field dictionary
Freshness belongs to each field.
Names, NZBN, expiry and verification fields can be refreshed by accepted live INZ observations. Sector, region and other enrichment fields remain tied to their dated MBIE import.

Reuse status
The original workbook was released by MBIE under the Official Information Act. No explicit reuse licence accompanied the supplied file, so its licence is recorded as NOASSERTION. The generated snapshots use the same status while source reuse rights are being clarified.
